Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

If you’re unhappy with your purchase we will refund, exchange or issue a credit note for any items you have bought within 14 days of receiving them, as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact and are able to be returned in the condition they were received. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item. 

Return postage will only be refunded if the items are in a good condition on delivery. We are also unable to refund the original postage paid if the items were in good condition when delivered. 

To make a return, please carefully repackage and send your item to Barrow & Bloom, 7 Ayrshire Drive, Lisburn, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT28 2YA. Please include your name, details of return or exchange and Order ID.

Please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

Returns are dealt with as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods please allow 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

If you book Barrow and Bloom to deliver a workshop or event, you must pay a 10% deposit within 3 days to secure the booking. If you cancel the booking within 48 hours of the date of the event, you will be required to pay the full cost of the event. If you cancel an event longer than 48 hours before the date of the event, you will not be required to pay the balance but you will lose your deposit.
