Our Products
We care a lot about the items we send to you. If you’re ever unhappy with how they arrive and we agree that they’re not up to scratch, we will send you a replacement at our discretion.
Our plants are living things, so they need plenty of tlc to keep them bloomin’ lovely. We cannot take any responsibility for plants that die as a result of neglect or over watering. Sorry buds.
We choose the best seasonal plants that are available. This means from time to time we may not be able to provide the exact specification that is listed on our website. If this is the case, we will always replace them with a beautiful and agreeable alternative.
We describe our plants as accurately as possible. However, each one can vary slightly in size and colour and may have been deadheaded before being packaged and posted. This is entirely dependent on the time of year and the plant being purchased.
Our Bloom Boxes and Baskets
Installation and removal of your window boxes is fully your responsibility. You should check them regularly to ensure they remain secure. We will take no responsibility for any claims as a result of installation of our boxes.
We hold no responsibility should our window boxes or hanging baskets cause any damage to your window or property.
We accept no liability for any death or personal injury arising from the installation of Barrow & Bloom window boxes, baskets or any plant gift.
Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. Your order will only be processed subject to payment being authorised. Please note that the payment transaction will take place prior to delivery.
There is no minimum order, but a minimum carriage charge will apply and will be added at checkout.
Delivery
You’ll receive your deliveries from a Barrow & Bloom driver or a third party courier service. We can’t guarantee delivery times but we will try our best to deliver on the date communicated.
If you want us to leave your delivery in a safe space, we take no responsibility for any orders that are lost once delivered.
Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from a number of pickup points in Lisburn and Hillsborough. This option will be given to you at checkout.

It is important that you unpack your plants as soon as you receive them. Please remove them from the packaging and give them air and a good drink. The sooner they are planted, the better.
Returns Policy
If you’re unhappy with your purchase we will refund, exchange or issue a credit note for any plants you have bought within 14 days of receiving them, as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact and are able to be returned in the condition they were received. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Return postage will only be refunded if the items are not in a good condition on delivery. We are also unable to refund the original postage paid unless the items are not in good condition when delivered.
To make a return, please carefully repackage and send your item to Barrow & Bloom, 7 Ayrshire Drive, Lisburn, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT28 2YA. Please include your name, details of return or exchange and Order ID.
Please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We cannot refund items that are lost in transit.
Returns are dealt with as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods please allow 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
